Hey Scotty,
I own a 2019 Civic Si with 76,000 miles. I recently started to hear a squeaking noise only when turning left while car is in motion. I can't find the main culprit but sounds like its coming from the driver side. My fender cover was ripped off while driving due to poor clips and water had gotten inside the area and I have been driving the vehicle without the fender cover for 2 months. Is it a lubrication problem?

Well offender cover isn't going to make it squeak. Check for Warren brake pads, one ball joints or tie rods first
