Stalling and Hesitation when engine is cold

Topic starter

When my 1996 Chevy 1500 (5.7 vortec 241000 body miles unknown engine miles)  is cold it will bog down and sometimes stall when put into drive or reverse or when coasting to a stop. And until it’s reached operational temperature it has a 1-2 sec hesitation. When the engine is warm it is completely fine, no hesitation and no stalling. I have a summit racing 1065 cam. If someone could point me I the right direction I’d greatly appreciate it

Below are the parts/services that I have replaced/serviced in the last 6 months since owning the truck:

Fuel pump, tank and filter
Spider injections (GP Sorenson)
New TPS
Cleaned throttlebody
New spark plugs and wires
New distributor cap and rotor
New air filter
Cleaned EGR
New IAC valve/sensor (was stalling a lot before replacing this)
New Oxygen sensor (was throwing a code)
I have also tested the fuel pressure and it’s 59 PSI during idle and priming
New ignition control module
Tested MAF sensor, seems to be reading right

Engine coolant temp sensor and or air charge temperature sensor/ intake temp sensor..  It sounds like one of them maybe bad.  Also  just because a part is new doesn't mean it's good. I've seen quite a few times..
