Subaru Injection and intake cleaning methods?

My 2014 2.5i Subaru Outback (144 k mi) has the CVT, so it rarely runs above 2200 rpm at highway speeds.  I have a hesitation I can’t get rid of and suspect it needs injection and intake cleaning. The videos have shown the 3C induction cleaning system and the 505CRF cleaner from ATS and elsewhere I've seen that Subaru has a "top cleaning" product for the intake too.  How does the Subaru “top cleaning" compare to using the 505CRF and the 3C induction cleaning -- I.E. when to use which one?

If you do the pressurized induction cleaning, that's a good thing. This can give you a good idea of how induction cleaning service would be:

One thing you can do is use fuel injector cleaners and poured into the gas tank and do some Italian tune up. About which product to choose, choose one that fits your fuel system. Your fuel system is multi-point indirect injection. Whatever you decided to use, first check the instructions on the bottle and make sure it is compatible with your system.

I have manually cleaned the throttle body and run numerous injector cleaners through the tank.  The top cleaning method by Subaru uses and atomizing nozzle and the engine vacuum to induce the Top Cleaner, while you reference a pressureized system.  How important is pressurized VS vacuum delivery?
