I ended up getting this Sun Vat 28 it does Volts and ampere test. I tried to find a manual NO LUCK so I looked into it a bit.
In forums people say the old testers without a amp clamp will rune the new alternators. Will this wonderful machine
Kill my modern day alternator if I hook up the run test feature to see the output of the alternator.

Sure they are 12 volt alternator should have no problems testing them
