The annual Subscription Package is $2,000 a year - makes sense for a business/shop but not so much so for a DIYer. I did see the monthly package ($333) as well but it can quickly add up over time.
I assume other automakers will make it cost prohibitive for DIYers as well.
By comparison on AllDataDiy.com you can get 3 years subscription to online service/repair manual for an ICE vehicle for $129.99 (total).

This is for shops. Not car owners.
That's what I figured. Though as Scotty points out in his latest video, obtaining parts is a whole other problem.
