Tire wobble feel

Ok so this just started today. So I kind of noticed when I'm driving really slow I haven't really been able to tell when I'm driving really fast but when I'm driving really slow I would say about every 5 seconds it feels like there's like bubble in my tire meaning that it feels like I'm kind of having a wobble feeling but it's just real quick like I'm going over a little bump kind of but it it's only about every 5 seconds do you know what that could be?

Have you checked the tires for bubbles? Also you may have flat spots on the tires which will cause it to feel that way.

no, how would i check for bubbles? are flat spots normal?

Flat spots are not normal. They usually happen if a car is left sitting over time or if the brakes have locked up. It's like having a small section of bald tire. As for checking bubbles, you can visually just inspect and see if you see any in the rubber. They literally look like bubbles.

do you know how much it would cost to get that fixed? cant find a price online.

You would just replace the tire with the issue. So whatever the price of a new tire is.

Oh ok thanks. I have a spare in my trunk

Always check your tires for toomahs!

They should.  In my case they usually fill it to a higher psi than what the door jamb placard says, so I have to let some air out.  You should buy your own compressor, tire gauge, and adjust them periodically - very easy to do and anyone can do it.

Typically yes the shop checks those items as part of an alignment.

I'm sure you can ask them to adjust the air pressure for you. It takes 30 seconds.

Then you pick yourself up one of these. $20 and up.

Easy to check.

What you mean easy to check? You mean like checking the tires for bubbles? So the different pressures don't matter?

You can adjust the pressure and see the results. Also, tire bulges are easy to spot.

Ok thanks. I don't necessarily see and bulges or bubbles but I'll try adjusting do they all are the same and see how it goes.

You’re welcome. Good luck.

Set all tires to the pressure as recommended by the manufacturer on the label on the driver's side door jamb.

no those pressure aren't wacky enough to give you "bumps". You probably have a flat spot as you say, or tread separation or something like that. Do you feel it in a particular corner? If yes, then rotate the wheels, and see if the bumpiness changes too.

Also, you can jack up each wheel , spin it by hand, and look for irregularities. Hold a board against the side of the vehicle or something for reference

The tires were rotated and honesty it doesn't necessarily feel like the spot change although it might feel like it did go from the front to the back. Now I could be wrong cause Its hard to tell I been trying to figure it out for the longest. I'm bout to go jack it up right now.

And I don't understand the whole a board part?

I was suggesting to look against something straight, so that if the wheel was wobbling you would be able to see it easier.

we had a set of goodyear tires that were 5 years old and developed a bounce, rebalanced, rotated, bounce, even thought that my mother had bent a wheel

new tires, bounce gone

Do they check air tire pressure during a wheel alignment, balance and rotation? And if so will the refill it or tell me I need it done?

My tires have good tread. But I noticed when I turn sometimes I hear a squeak could that mean that my tires air pressure is low?

$5

May I ask what the name of that is I'll order it now

tire pressure gauge. They probably sell them locally too. Try the gas station.

Ok thank you will do.

Ok so I recently had an issue with it feeling like I was going over bumps when I drive super slow. I was told it could be a flat spot. I just had tires balanced aligned and rotated. I still feel the bumps. I just checked my tires pressure today, so here are the results. Front end from front left to right 31 and 37.5 and back end left to right 35 and 35.5. is it possible im having that feeling because of the different pressures in each tire?
