2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ SE 2.5L 113kmi

Headlights don't work in low beam position but high beams work just fine. Tried replacing with new bulbs but no difference.

What do i need to look at/for to fix this?

Left rear turn signal does not flash. Swapped with known good bulb (both bulbs are good are good) and no difference. Front lights blink just fine, but fast since the rear doesn't.

same question of where to start looking and for what.

Being a 22-year-old vehicle it would be a good idea to check your grounds and electrical connections. Another possibility is your combination high-beam/low-beam/turn-signal switch may be bad.

Also check your headlight a turn signal relays.

If it's like my 1999 Cherokee there are no headlight relays, headlights are wired directly through the switches like you'd find on a '64 Chevy.

I have the pull switch to the left for dash and headlights and the brights are on the turn signal switch. And i dont think many people would know whats on a 64 chevy let alone what any car of that year looks like

Anyone of a certain age, or who has worked with cars of that vintage, will know. There are more of us around than you might think.

The point is though that you may well not have headlight relays because Jeeps back in the late 1990s and early 2000s were still using 1960s-style direct wiring for the headlights in some if not all models. The only difference between that and the setup in a '64 Chevy is the dimmer switch is combined with the turn signal stalk rather than being on the floor.
