I own a 2015 RAV 4 Limited AWD and a 2019 XLE Camry. I want to purchase a plug device to look at how my cars are running. Both have 4 Cylinder engines. What do you recommend for under $300.00 from Amazon.

What specifically are you looking for?  For $100 you can get the BlueDriver:

https://www.bluedriver.com/products/bluedriver-scan-tool

Check on their site to make sure those vehicles are supported before you buy.

@DayWalker
Do you know if can it accesses transmission information?
they boast about "Enhanced Diagnostics (such as ABS, Airbag, Climate Control, etc.)" but I'm not sure what can it exactly be used for over the good old Foxwell NT201...

go to the blue driver website and check what it will be able to read on you vehicle.

I agree with DayWalker. Bluedriver is a great tool.

For the price point, BlueDriver is tough to beat.

None out of personal experience, but I've heard on the forum BlueDriver and Autel are good ones.
