VW Tiguan rotors and pads issue

I have some issues with my VW which VW dont want to commit to fixing, they blame me for "hard" driving. The rotors and pads show heating. The first 3 times I got in on warranty.

Short story, I use my Tiguan for work, and about 75% of the time is highway driving. The car is a 2019 Tiguan with 46000 miles on it. I am replacing my front rotors for the 4th time and now VW says it's not the car, it's me. I have had 55 cars during the last 30 years and no car is behaving like this. I claim it's the Adaptive cruise control that is the cause behind this and it has been an issue since it was new. To prevent the next owner from this I am installing Brembo rotors and pads, at my cost, that can withstand more heat. I am pretty sure VW knows about this and don't want to share it due to cost but it's a flaw in their design. I have had cars with adaptive cruise control before and they don't tear down the brakes. Would be cool to hear your view of this.

Well Volkswagen just makes crap these days internet to do would be get aftermarket rotors and if you can get akebono brake pads. They are great pads that last a long time but really don't buy another Volkswagen they are junk these days

I sadly do agree, I should have gone with another brand, we have a Volvo XC40 too from 2020 which it's just a much better build. No more VW for me in the future. I would like to see if my theory is correct, that the adaptive cruise control constantly are braking which generates the heat that makes the original rotors and pads to be too weak.
