hey everyone I have a question on what type of car we should get because our lease is almost over. we are NOT touching fcas because we hated them as rental cars lol. since we are leasing brand reliability doesn't matter too much. I am asking on what size car to get for our family of 4. we are not sure if we need a compact SUV, midsize or etc. the reason why we are leasing is that my parents don't want to deal with mechanical issues and longtime rust here in the northeast.
Almost anything will last through a 3-year lease so it becomes really a matter of personal taste. Just decide what features you want, see what deals are out there, take some test drives, and go for it.
Look at a Toyota Highlander, great family vehicles. Or Honda Pilot, another overall great family vehicle.
Nissan Rogues are relatively cheap to lease, I have one and I'm very happy with it. The AWD does fine in the weather here in the northeast. If you are looking for a 4WD car, Nissan Pathfinders are good too, but it will be a little pricier. I am also a big fan of the Toyota RAV4 AWD, that is another great option.
In reality, If you're leasing, any vehicle can be fine if you like the way it looks and rides. I would definitely look for something with AWD or 4WD though.
You’d be fine with Honda or Toyota vans of sort, I don’t know much about them all I know is they’re are reliable since my mom had a 2006 Honda Odyssey doing the absolute minimum maintenance and still runs fine as for my aunt she had a 2007 Chrysler town & country and the transmission blew in 2010, I’d just stay away from dodge or Chrysler vans, Toyota and Honda you should be okay, as for rust rinse the car off every week especially the undercarriage
Since leasing only, there are more options available. Can you give us more constraints so we can give a better answer?
