What is causing this sound when I start my 2004 Camry?

My 2004 Camry has worked great for years, but today it is making a strange noise when I start it. I should mention that the catalytic converter has been having issues for at least 2 years (i.e. the engine light has been on), but the car has worked just fine anyway. Thank you!

Hard to tell from a distance but it sounds like a worn bearing in a pulley or accessory driven by the fan belt. To test that you could VERY BRIEFLY (like the length of engine run time in your video) run the engine without the fan belt and see if the noise goes away.
