Mystery Metal Scraping Noise on Right Turns Only

The noise started after I installed new Power Stop front rotors (drilled/slotted) and pads on my 2008 Acura TSX.  The old rotors removed were the same.  The noise (metal on metal scraping) is coming (while the car is moving) from the front drivers side wheel on right turns only and goes away as soon as the wheel is straightened.  It almost certainly sounds like something is touching the rotor.  Here is what I've done so far:

Inspected the brake dust shield to make sure it is not rubbing on the rotor. (Is it flexing on Right Turn?)

Checked for any small stone lodged on the brake between the brake shield/rotors.

Checked the brake clips or hardware.  (Are the flexing on right turns?)

Installed different brake clips but noise persists.

Checked the lower and upper ball joints.

Checked the alignment at Firestone.

Axle CV joint does not appear to have any movement.

Lower and upper control arms bushing are fine.

Power Steering pump is fine.

Re-installed the rotors and pads 3 times already and called Power Stop.  They have no idea.

It is embarrassing to be in a parking lot making a right turn and people looking at you.  Anyone have any ideas or a similar issue with a solution, please let me know.  Thanks.

Did you check the wheel bearing?

Thank you for the input. I will get that checked out.
