| Hey Scotty, I had my 2015 mazda3, hatchback, auto, (103K miles) serviced this weekend, oil change, brakes (front & back) & brake fluid, and plugs replaced. Brakes are great but the seems OFF. Mileage is way down sounds and feels sluggish. Any suggestions why this is happening? | |||||

| Hello, Scotty! My dad purchased a japanese made 2013 mazda3. Do they have common issues with the wheel bearings? There's a lot of noise coming out of the wheel well when driving at low speeds. Same happens when braking. Mechanic changed the brakes, and checked the bearings but he said they were fine. | |||||

| Hi Scotty, My 2009 BL mazda3 2.0L auto gasoline with 163,000kms makes a tappet noise & misfire on cold start-up, noise & misfire goes away after few minutes idling then engine performs normally. Fault code P0302 misfire cylinder 2. I have owned this since new & changed engine oil & filter every 5000kms since warranty expired. Would you know does my engine have hydraulic or shim-type tappets? | Tomorrow, I'm planning on buying a 2015 mazda3 S Grand Touring Manual 6 speed. I'm hoping to talk the dealer down to $11k, at 125k miles. We test drove an automatic today, and both the wife and I loved it. Is there anything I should know? Reasons not to buy? Past problems I can use for negotiations? What to watch/listen for in the test drive? I'm hoping the dealership will lift the car to let me inspect for rust under the car. We have financing already set up. | Well that depends on what you want, if you want the most practical vehicle that will last a long time, go with the Rav4 since the CH-R is very small inside and it's pretty sluggish compared to the Rav4. If you like sedans I would go with the mazda3, since the Civic u mentioned is the EX-T which means it has that problematic 1.5 turbo 4, I would avoid that. | |||||

| Hey, I’m 20 and I have very specific must haves for what car I get. I need 4WD, I want it to be a hatchback, and I want 200 or more HP. Honestly, the mazda3 2.5 Turbo Hatchback checks all my wants and needs. But I want to get some extra opinions. | Hello, I saw a 2006 Mazda mazda3 s for sale around where I live, listed for $3,900. The mileage is 124,954. The engine is a Gas 14 2.3L/138. The color is a silver metallic. | My 2010 mazda3 with 102000 miles, has a tendency to not turn over when I shut it off immediately after starting it cold. I don’t do it often because of this occasion problem. It happened recently when the temperature was -7 with a full tank of gas. I’m concerned about the life of my fuel pump. I don’t let the gas get lower then a 1/4 tank either since this has happened more often. Like once every other month or so. | Hello all, My car, 2010 mazda3 110k miles manual transmission, sometimes has difficulty turning over after a cold night. This morning it failed to turn over entirely. I replaced the battery and spark plugs myself in December 2020. When it isn't cold out the car works perfectly. Has anyone dealt with this before? | |||||
