04 Toyota Highlander brake pedals going the floor

Hi I have a 04 Toyota Highlander and the brake pedals go to the floor when they are used more frequently. I do delivery such as GrubHub and other ones as well. The only time they go to the floor is when I am doing stop and go delivery and when used to pull a trailer. If I do normal driving they are fine. The other day they started to go to the floor so I let off the brake then pushed on it again and the brake pedal let out a noise inside of the car. Kind of like a grinding noise.

I replaced the master cylinder with a Advics brand master cylinder and I replaced the front rotors and all 4 brake pads. Not sure what to do next. Could it be a bad brake booster? Maybe it is a defective  master cylinder?

I also suspect I have a bad tie rod on the driver's side because there is a popping noise while reversing and turning the wheel to the left and costco said I have a little bit of feathering on the tires when I rotated them. I am not su re if bad tie rods affect braking.

Yes, it could be the booster. No, it could not be the tie rod. Check all the calipers for leaks. Did you bleed the new master cylinder?

I took it to a mechanic to change the master cylinder and I brung the part myself and had him do a brake flush as the brake fluid was dirty. Initially it worked but I had to bring it back to him as the pedals started going to the floor again so I had him bleed it some more. It worked after that but now when the brakes heat up they go to the floor again.

Is the fluid level dropping in the reservoir?

The fluid level is not dropping

Also check the caliper guide pins. If they are seized up, that could cause that problem.

You mean the noise I heard?

No, this is for the brakes. On the back on the brake caliper there are 2 pins that go into 2 rubber boots. They should be able to move back and forth smoothly to allow the caliper to slide. If those are seized up, the brake pedal can go to the floor.
