How are your battery and alternator? The AC draws a lot of current when switched on between the compressor clutch and HVAC fan.

it is good it has an cold air intake and idk why its like that stalling and trembles when it turns off

Having an aftermarket intake complicates things. For test purposes at least it would be good if you could revert back to the factory setup.

As @Doc points out it may be your compressor going bad and putting too heavy a load on the engine. If you take off the fan belt you should be able to rotate the clutch plate on the compressor by hand and it should turn smoothly with no binding. (You need to rotate the clutch plate, not the pulley.)

Does it stall under any other circumstances?

when its in neutral and push the clutch in to start it sounds good but when i turn on the a/c it revs up in 1 and then goes down then poof power off.

What you could do is remove the fan belt and VERY BRIEFLY run the engine without it, then turn on the AC and see if the engine stalls. If not it is likely the compressor taking too much power to turn. If it still stalls then you have an electrical problem.

u guys have social media i would like to send u a pic and a video of it if thats ok with u??

I can't speak for anyone else but I don't participate in any social media. (Sharing personal contact information on a public site is not a good thing to be doing anyway and should not be done here.) However if you upload a picture and/or video to a file sharing site you can include links in your post so people here can view them.

It could be the compressor bearings going out and loading the engine to a stall when it's activated.

so what do i do then?? switch out the compressor bearings

If that's what it is you would replace the compressor and pray that it did not shed debris internally or you'd have to replace the entire AC system.
