110000 Miles, 2 Litre, VTT engine. Purchased 2nd hand, had radiator leak which was not stated (didn't know much about buying second hand cars or what a radiator was). Was misfiring with white smoke so Googled symptoms, found the problem and a cheap solution. Changed oil and filter then poured in FibreLock Formula.
Everything went fine. Until I noticed a slight rough idile whilst stopped at a light, revs were at 500, no smoke. I've read that it could be the spark plugs.
Is it bad spark plugs or something more expensive?
Also came with half a canister of 10w-40, wrong oil for VTT engines. Was wrong oil the radiator culprit?
Thanks
Awesome videos Scotty, very informative and totally fool proof
no. wrong oil doesn't cause rad leaks.
Could be a lot of things. You can check the spark plugs yourself by pulling them out.
