Good day, I have a 2003 honda accord 5spd manual and sometimes the car starts as soon as you turn thevkey, and other times it takes a minute. I already changed the starter and none of the fuses or relays are bad. Please help if you can. Thank you so much!

Check resistance on engine coolant temp sensor. Very common failure on hondas and will cause extended crank on cold start ups.

Thanks for the info. I don't think it's that because sometime the problem happens when it's hot as well. I was thinking if maybe it can be the clutch safety switch, but I don't know how to test whether it's good or not.

Clutch safety switch will cause a no crank condition not a extended crank.

Did you check the battery terminals? They may be loose or starting to corrode, preventing them from making good contact.
Also test the battery to see how healthy it is.

I had a similar issue with my 1999 Honda Accord, TWICE, with different causes.  I believe this may be the same generation.

The first time, the problem was a relay (I think it is called a relay), right under the steering column.

The second time, there was something broken on the fuel pump assembly, not the fuel pump itself.  But the whole assembly needed to be replaced, otherwise labor to change the broken part would be insane, rather than changing the whole fuel pump.
