Vibration in steering wheel

2004 manual trans CRV w. 200k miles. I have a vibration that can be felt in my steering wheel and all over the car. Car drives straight, wheel isn’t shaking, it’s more like the whole car is vibration. The back seats, the dash, the steering wheel. It starts at 50mph and you can hear it, but at 63mph and above car drives smooth. Things stop vibration. Only thing I can say is when I take my foot off the gas pedal it leases the vibration - for a second. Then the it comes back if I’m between 50-63. It’s worst at 50. Any thoughts on where to look first? My U joints seemed fine to me but my center connection in the drive shaft (carrier bearing?) had play but maybe that’s normal? I know I need new suspension components but I don’t want to start replacing parts without asking first. Any thoughts? Thanks.

That's a classic symptom of wheel imbalance.

I had recently rotated the tires and it didn’t change. You think still wheel imbalance? The steering wheel isn’t shaking there’s just an overall vibration in vehicle at those speeds. Thanks for answering and my apologies didn’t mean to post twice having technical difficulties with my browser and this page.

Could be a bad tire shaking but you'll also want to check driveline and suspension components for looseness.

got my tires balanced and I’ve been informed that that was not the problem. Does anyone know if bad rear differential mount and bushings could cause this problem?

New tires? If new tires it could be an issue with the tires.

Does the issue go away with time when driving at highway/interstate speeds? If so, that lends credence to it being a tire issue.

What PSI do you run your tires at? Is the issue worse at lower PSI than higher PSI?

Have you recently had an alignment, and did the problem start after the alignment?

They’re not new tires. Brought my crv to a tire shop. Balanced tires but told me they weren’t too far off to begin with. I’d say the vibration has improved very little if at all. I haven’t had an alignment done in a while, my tire tread also has worn very evenly.
When The vibration starts, if I take my foot off the gas for just a moment the vibration will decrease significantly. Yet it continues even while coasting. Doesn’t matter if I’m in gear or neutral. It only stops vibrating for maybe 1/2 of a second but it’s a noticeable decrease in vibration. I run the recommended PSI but I haven’t messed with lowering or raising. All I can say is that at 65 the vibration seems to have nearly gone away all together. It’s just 50-65 about. I can’t say for certain when the problem started but I can say that about a year and half ago I noticed my dynamic damper on my rear diff was barely on. I always heard a rattling when decelerating sounded like a plastic bottle. I replaced it and the noise went away. Some time after that, the vibration started. So my first thoughts are rear differential mount.
