2016 Honda Accord: did I damage my CVT?

Hi I was on the highway and going about 65-70 mph. I was dumb & shifted my car from drive to park & back. The car didn’t make any noise & seems to drive normal. It has an CVT transmission did I cause any serious damage to the transmission?

Luckily for you modern automatic transmissions are computer controlled and are programmed not to do things like engage park while driving down the road.

Even in the days of hydraulically controlled transmissions they were set up so the parking pawl was activated by a spring rather than direct shifter action and would not drop into place until the car was moving at very low speed. (It would sound like the end of the world as the pawl skipped across the notched ring inside the transmission but there would be no damage.)

Still it is something to be avoided nonetheless. 😮

if anything broke , you would have heard some bangs or clacks or something.

Not likely.  The Honda CVT's won't allow you to slam between P, R and D.

Notice when backing out of your driveway it will not shift into drive if the car is still moving in reverse.

These truth or dare (usually alcohol driven) challenges are best left for Need for Speed or Gran Tourismo virtual vehicles.
