Hello Scotty. I'm a big fan of your channel and I've watched a couple of videos were you recommend changing the transmission, transfer case and rear axle fluids every ~40k miles (if I remember correctly). Now, I was checking the owner's manual for my 22' F150 (Canada) and they say the transmission fluid should be changed every 150,00 miles (see link below). I also remember that you recommend not to do this at such a high mileage. What's your opinion on Ford's recommendation? Should I listen to them and wait that long to get it changed? Thank you.

Don’t listen to Ford’s recommended intervals;  they would like nothing more than to sell you another vehicle in a few years when the tranny and drivetrain go out for lack of proper maintenance.

.

I would change those fluids out every 40,000 miles.  And change the engine oil (and filter) every 5,000 miles max or once a year, whichever comes first.
