Hey scotty , i got a 2004 chevy malibu with the v6 and has 143k miles. When the engine is hot and i try to turn it on it struggles and wont turn on the first try, i gotta try it several times. The short term FT (B1-S2) is 99.2% as well as the (B2-S2). What does this mean?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1 Sensor 2 and Bank 2 Sensor 2. This is oxygen Sensor data,  specifically the sensors after the converter. These measure the efficiency of your catalytic converter. You want this number to be as close to 100 as possible. If it's low, you're getting too much unturned fuel in the exhaust and the catalytic converters are working less efficiently.

Clean or replace the fuel injectors and fuel filter.

That's a default value. When you see 99.2% FT on downstream O2 sensors it means that your computer isn't using them to adjust Fuel Trims.

(It's just using the downstream O2 sensors to monitor catalytic converter efficiency).
