Hi Scotty,
I got a new 2022 toyota Prius prime le yesterday and a body shop was telling me that a clay bar and ceramic treatment would do wonders for my car. Is this just chop shop bologne or is there something to it? Thanks
Roman

I have owned cars for more than a quarter of a century and have yet to touch a clay bar and apply ceramic treatment. I could understand if you had a special car at the Concour d'elegance and were trying to win a class, but you drive a Prius. There is something to it, but it’s just not worth it for your car.

It's a Prius, not a 1963 Corvette Stingray.
You don't need it.
