You need to replace the distributor. It's cheaper and easier to just replace the unit than install the parts. You can get aftermarket ones for under $100

Hello Jack.. Can You Help Me By Listing Up The Distributors So That I Can Forward It To My Mechanic For A Review

Thanks Jack

Well, you have only 1 distributor. Your mechanic OR you can just do a Google search for
"1999 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.5L Distributor"
.
You'll see the options and prices. Like I said, you don't have to buy one from a Mitsubishi dealer. You can buy an inexpensive Aftermarket one
.
The thing is, your Mirage is "bogging down" under load. You could probably remedy the issue by replacing the internal coil in the the distributor. But that's going to cost around $70 for the part PLUS labor and your distributor is 22 years old.
.
The distributor's bearings and internal Crank sensor as well as that Coil is 22 years old.
,
You have to remove the distributor to replace the coil anyway
.
The "Labor time" to disassemble the distributor along with the cost of the new coil will cost more than to just replace the old distributor with a $90 new distributor
.
Then you'll have a new distributor that will last longer than the car and you won't have to worry about it anymore
.

Thanks So Mich.. This Explanation Is Very Helpful ..

I Will Go Ahead To Change The Distributor And Get Back Here With Feedbacks

Regards
Cheers x

Have you checked the differential? the complete drivetrain of the car? It's hard to say what the problem is due to the fact you've already gone through the majority of the possible solutions. Maybe check the connection of the gas pedal and the sensor and make sure it's functioning right?

Hi Salt,
Nope We Haven’t Checked The Complete Drivetrain Of The Car ..

Meanwhile , Can You Be More Specific On The “Differentials”

As wells As Location For The Gas Pedal Sensor

Because I Am Doing It Myself With Help From You Guys..

Do You Also Suggest I Check The MAF Sensor And Vacuum Leaks ..??

Thanks Salt

Well, I would suggest you check underneath the car and look at the drivetrain to see if anything is loose, for example see if the driveshaft is loose just by grabbing it and trying to move it, make sure everything under there is firm and tight. The differential (or in the case of your car it's called a transaxle), combines the transmission, differential, and ancillary systems around the front axle into one integrated assembly. If the shop you took it to only changed the gearbox and didn't check anything else, I'd recommend a through checking of the transaxle. The throttle position sensor (gas pedal sensor) is usually located on the butterfly spindle/shaft, so that it can directly monitor the position of the throttle. I would also check The MAF Sensor And see if there are any vacuum leaks like you said.

Here is an article with some detailed pictures to help you get a better idea of what you're looking at. (I tried to link the main picture but it wouldn't let me.)
