I am finding a car about under $4000 bucks. What are the good choices of car can I have? Thanks

In today's market it will be difficult to find anything good at that price. Possibly an older Corolla or Civic if you get lucky.

Besides older Toyotas, you may consider cars with Panther body (like Ford Crown Vic, Mercury Grand Marquis, ...).

Also, the older Buicks with 3800 engine can be a good choice as well:

is true that older american cars like Ford Crown victoria is worth buying same as Mercury Grand Rapis and the Pontiac vibe base on Toyota's Matrix format?


They are solids cars and if you don't mind the mpg, they can last a really long time. Another thing about those cars is they are grandpa's cars and so people usually take care of them and do not drive them hard.
