I've noticed a clacking noise at lower speeds when acceleration uphill. It seems to go away at higher speeds and seems to be related to the wheels spinning. About 3 years ago I had the CV axles replaced. Could they be going out again or would this be something else?

Sorry. It's a 2004 Toyota Camry SE automatic with like 303,000 miles.
