Could this be considered a recall on my vehicle?

Hi there I have a G37x 2013 awd automatic 72,200 I got the car at 52k from Carvana last year before finding out scotty's videos on G37 issues but I've prevented this vehicle from those issues. It is important to note that this car was originally not taken care of and from New York originally as I fixed it up right when I got it and was happy to do so and ever since it has treatedme very well! I live in Arizona past year so the rust on the bottle just stays but a few months ago I noticed my mpg was tanking signifficantly so I cleaned the maf sensors swapped my dirty air filters (old ones had engine oil in them so I swapped the pcv valves issue went away) and touched the throttle body. After Touching the Throttle body I had the infamous low idle issue giving me terrible shakes, tried to die a lot, immense loss in power and response time and overall made me a risk on the road half the time until it got through it's little warm up procedure. No codes popped up either, I gave up and the mechanic I took it to they didn't want to touch it did enough digging and found out the idle needed to be bumped up so I went to the dealer. They got it done difference is night and day car drives like new again but the dealer claims that the throttle plates get tired and need to be adjusted every now any then (that's $180 since it's ecu controlled) for all the problems it caused and how many people have given up on this type of car due to it would that possibly be considered a recall since it caused such a big issue to my vehicle? Any advice would be appriciated!

would that possibly be considered a recall

"A recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle, equipment, car seat, or tire creates an unreasonable safety risk or fails to meet minimum safety standards."

In other words a recall means the maker has found a safety issue with the design or build of their cars, has nothing to do with a part failing from wear or you touching it. Not quality or reliability issues, safety.
