My 2013 Ford F150 with stock parts leveled only is 1 inch higher on the passenger side rear then the driver's side rear...whether the fuel tank is full or not. There is no variance in the front of the truck, just the back. What would cause this? What should I change first?

What points are you measuring at? Frame? Bumper? Body panel? If it's measured from (straight) frame, then you need leaf springs most likely. I wouldn't worry about it too much really.
