You may need a front end alignment. (Does the car track straight? Are the front tires wearing unevenly?)
If your steering wheel is not keyed to the shaft you can do as Scotty says and reposition it, bearing in mind that unless the car is very old you have to deal properly with the airbag. If your front end alignment is off though it would be best to have that taken care of, and part of that procedure would be making sure the steering wheel is straight.

Well you can unbolt the main bolt in the middle of the steering wheel pull it off using the steering puller and then turn it so it is centered there's not just that you can put the steering wheel back on every few degrees
