2015 Nissan Frontier pickup.
when I fill up the tank, the gas gauge very slowly responds.
This is a new issue. I've owned the truck since new.
i took the truck to the dealer, and they couldn’t find a problem.

Are you filling up with the engine running? If so, that's extremely dangerous and don't do it anymore.
Don't take it to a dealership. They're basically glorified parts changers, anymore. Find a good mechanic in your area and have him check it out. If you're not filling up while the engine is running, your sending unit may be going out. Nissan makes poorer quality vehicles these days.

how slowly?
I'm probably totally wrong here, but gauge stuff is still fresh in my head. But while researching gauge problems with my car, somebody mentioned the actual needles themselves can get stuck or are slow to respond becuase the oil/grease dries out on them.
Sounds like total rubbish to me, but thought it was worth a mention. I should mention though that I recently swapped my JDM gauge with a UK one (just the board and gauges) and the fuel gauge on the UK one was stuck. It freed up as soon as I touched it with a jewelers screwdriver. So I took it out and used the JDM one. So there may be some truth in there after all as I can't see how it got stuck like that.
But they're incredibly delicate, so I'd rule everything else out first before you let some ham-fisted mechanic get his mits on it. I literally breathed on one through my nose and it moved. And whatever you do don't hit the dashboard like Paulie in the Sopranos to give it a "Broke hand adjustment" as the wiring (on mine at least) was human hair thin. And I mean thinner than his hair.
