I am having an issue with my 05 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the 6.6L Duramax where my throttle will just cut to idle. I can press it all the way to the floor and there is no response. I can shut the truck off a couple of minutes and it will start working again. I checked with my scan tool and there was a couple of codes for it and it said replace accelerator pedal sensor, I did. However, driving home after replacing the sensor, it stopped working again. Also there has never been a light on the dash for any of this. I have also gone over what I can see of the wiring under the dash through the firewall to the fuse box.
