Hi
I've owned a vehicle that I've been taking good care of since owning, as it has needed a few things already in the time I've owned it...While also paying out the nose to get it.
Anyway. Moving on from my woes.
My question, Haldex Oil Change.
I've never even known this was a thing first off.
Can you enlighten us on a YouTube video one day on the importance of this - if at all and if possible a video of you doing it!?!
I am sure it is important just as it is to change all fluids after certain amounts of time, but this one I imagine people don't even know they have.
I've owned my vehicle for over a year, and thought I knew it like my name, and only now found out about this.
Just got excited and embarrassed all at the same time when finding out about this, and I can only imagine the past owner had not done it ever so I am going to be getting it done early next year or maybe if its a fast job then in december.
What I have read up on it is, if its not changed your AWD isn't even really AWD??
Anyway, as always thank you for sharing your knowledge on everything, hope this can add to your list of endless knowledge shared with us on youtube.
Thanks.

Yes, the Haldex is a costly, high-maintenance system used mainly in European cars. You did not provide any details on your vehicle but the manufacturer's service schedule should be adhered to in order to avoid expensive repairs.

There are already quite a few youtube videos showing how to service the Haldex system on various car brands, such as:
