Leaking Head Gasket seal or replace?

So I got This 04 Chevy Impala the left side of the head gasket needs work what I should I do ? Replace the whole head gasket or get some sealer ?

How bad? Has it overheated? If so, head gasket. If not, barrs may buy ya some time.
