1996 Toyota 4Runner IAC issues

I own a 1996 Toyota 4Runner with the 5vzfe 3.4 liter with A/T. About a year ago it started throwing the code for the idle air control valve(PO505). This caused it to start lugging down anywhere below half throttle and backfiring when letting off the throttle. Since that code came up I have cleaned the throttle body, but two a IAC on, TPS sensor as well as the PCV valve. Here recently I had to put a new motor in due to a head gasket failure. I still have the same issue with this new motor. I had to reuse the throttle body and wiring harness, so I’m thinking either wiring or something with the throttle body is bad. Do you have any suggestions?

It could be a wiring issue, but man...running it down would be a real pain.
