[Solved] How much movement is too much movement?

Hello, back to my 2010 Acura RDX SH-AWD 5AT (1968xxkm), whenever I shift into drive or reverse, I feel a slight jerk.

the colder the car is, the worse the movement is. After soaking (say 8+ hours) in anything 5°c or colder, the worse it is unless I warm it up. After warming the car for at least 3-5 minutes, it’s less and less noticeable. But in temps below zero, without warming up more than a minute, the jerk shakes the car and sometimes produces a single metal to metal clunk sound.

trans fluid was replaced at Honda a few months back, both new front CV shafts and it idles smooth in while in gear, just complains about getting into gear.

I’ve attached a video below and I’m wondering if I should suspect a mount is going out or if this is just normal with age and wear&tear.

Thanks!

PS; both the trans mount and the lower torque mount were removed and looked good.

once warmed up, shifting between all gears while driving is buttery smooth as well nor do I notice any engine movement while starting from a stop

So let it warm up.

I agree with @doc

Unless you want to guess with new mounts, just let it warm up. If it is the mounts, the vibration should get progressively worse and even warm rubber may let the vibrations through.
