Hyundai Tucson slight shake at high speeds every other second

So my 2021 Hyundai Tucson was stolen (like every other Hyundai) and they messed up the front right tire, it was pushed into the wheel well when we got it back and was rubbing on the inside of the wheel well. The tire got scraped on the inside of the tire and the repair shop did have someone come out and inspect the tire and an alignment was done. It rides just fine on city streets but once i hit the highway I can feel a slight shaking every other second and honestly Ive got 2 years left on my lease. Can i leave it alone and ignore it for 2 years or should I take it back to the shop and have them inspect it? I do like the car I just hate the fact that thieves can steal it so easily. I will be returning it after my lease is up and getting a Toyota or Honda. For now I got it clubbed up and inside my garage lol.

Forgot to mention what the shop did. They did guarantee the repair for however long I had the vehicle. So I definitely will take it back there to have it checked out.
1. replaced rim with a reconditioned rim
2.new michelin tire
3.replaced lower control arm
4.stabilizer link and nut
5.replaced inner and outer tie rods

Guess ill report back with what I find out

Incase you haven’t figured it out already, it’s been wrecked.

Once any vehicle is wrecked, all bets are off and your best option is to get rid of the vehicle.

You’re throwing away good money after bad, trying to properly fix a wrecked vehicle.

The wheels are probably bent and the BALANCE weights probably fell off.
It's best not to keep driving it because it will put excessive wear and tear on the front end, ball joints and suspension. If they are already worn out it can cause the ball joints to pop out at highway speeds. Take it back and have them rebalance the wheels at least. Also it can be a bent tie rod.

Anyway that's what I would suggest to someone that owned the car outright and was keeping it forever.

Since this a lease I don't know. Who is responsible for this and is insurance taking care of it?
