Jeep 3.6L oil cooler - small oil leak will additive help?

I have a 2017 Jeep GC 3.6L Pentastar V6 188,000 miles with a small oil cooler oil leak (oil dribbling from the engine block "V" over the top of bell housing onto the top of the trans case and down onto the trans "skid" plate) with a few dribbles in the garage floor. I am using thicker 5W-30 oil now. I am physically unable to replace the oil-cooler at this time (injured back and shoulder must heal first). Is there any possible oil additive I can use to slow this leak for a while? Like maybe AT-205 Leak Seal, Atom Ex stop leak or ???

You should always be sticking to the grade of oil that's required in your owner's manual. I have a piston from a 2010 Dodge Journey that came with that motor, and it required 5W-20. High mileage formulations are fine, but not a heavier grade.

AT-205 Leak Seal

Oil coolers are made of metal, not rubber. AT-205 only works on rubber components. It will not work on rubber gaskets that have torn.

Atom Ex stop leak or ?

Pretty much every one of those things are snake oil. They could even clog up your oil journals if used incorrectly. Just buy quarts of oil as your Jeep uses it to tide you over until you can get it fixed.
