First off, big fan of the channel. Only really trust you for any advice.
my question is, i have a 1995 f150 with the 351w and e4od tranny, shes stuck in limp mode without throwing codes. I tried doing the ECC self assessment but i have no luck. I tried replacing the VSS, checked out the MLPS, and the solenoid wire, looks alright. Not low on fluid which is bright red and smells fine. What im curious about is possibly a PCM going out. I pulled it today (wires/harness looked fine) but the PCM itself is corroded on the casing, also the circuit board has some blows on it, nothing major like black spots, but some corrosion and brown marks close to components. Ever ran into something like this??

Finding corrosion on a circuit board is never good.

You're flying blind without codes.  Maybe try retrieving the codes at the Self Test Connector.

Here's a Link to the (FREE) E4OD Service Manual. A detailed description for retrieving the codes at the ST Connector begins on Page 12. (You can use a test light instead of a VOM).
