"I have a 2017 Toyota Camry LE with 210,000 miles. My video shows a sound that occurs when I turn the steering wheel. Since this car has electric power steering, is this a normal sound to hear?"

thx
is this a normal sound to hear?"
Nope. Definitely a sound you don't want. Take a look at the rest of steering linkage (tie rods etc.) and make sure it's in good condition. Otherwise, you'll need to have the power steering looked at by a mechanic.
Also, it looks like you have a leak down there.
@imperator i just spray at205 , The car performs well on the highway with no vibration felt in the power steering. I have confirmed that the ball joints, tie rods, and control arms are all in good condition—the control arms were actually just replaced. I also replaced the sway bar links today
@imperator Can a worn steering coupler (the small rubber star-shaped damper) damage the power steering motor over time?
I don't think so
