A 2017 Mazda cx3 awd with 11476 miles well taken care of .on start after about a couple of minutes it starts to make a gurgling sound out of the left tail pipe . Besides that it runs smooth.please help.its a automatic.
I bet you if you rev it up, blip it, once the engine still cold, it’s spits water out of that pipe, too. Yes? That would be condensation. Normal. One side only, … because most likely bit of an uneven back pressure between left and right side of an exhaust system. And if you take your car for a short, enthusiastic “Italian tune up”, no gurgling! Right?
Anyway, … check for above. Combustion creates bunch of water as a byproduct, not all of it evaporates as engine still cold.

Any check engine light?
no
Get a scan tool with enhanced diagnostics/mode6/live data (Blue Driver, MX Plus, etc.) capabilities. It should be showing some odd readings, as a place to start diagnosis.
It could be low grade gas, or the worst case scenario, a blown head gasket. There's an easy block tester (Scotty has demonstrated these) to find out if combustion gases are in the coolant. (That's plenty bad news).
Or it could be a problem limited to the exhaust system, like a blockage.
In any case, you need a good diagnostic mechanic to determine the cause.
