Scotty,
After having to replace the transmission in my 2017 Nissan Sentra, I'm in the market for a new car, likely a small-ish SUV that gets decent MPG and that is under $30,000. I've been looking at Hyundai and Kia (because of the warranty), but I've read that they also have issues with their CVTs. Which makes and models should I avoid? Are there any that you know that shouldn't have transmission or other major issues before 65k miles?
Thanks!
Clarification: How many years and miles do you need it to last you?
Get a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V. Do not even think about Kia or Hyundai if you value your money, time,...
Stay away from Hundayi/Kia. Good choices are the rav4, crv, and cx5 are all good choices.
I an not sure if this is a joke or you're trying to make fun of me , but yes it is Hyundai and my auto correct feature changed it 🙄
Ofcourse it’s a joke! Why so serious??
Look at the Toyota RAV4; Mazda CX-30 and CX-5; Honda HR-V and CR-V.
Definitely avoid any Hyundai Motor Group product due to poor quality/reliability and inability to stand by their product and their warranty. See below:

Look at the Corolla Cross.
