Non oem TB mounting bolt causes slightly lean on idle?

Cleaned my throttle body and replaced gasket. I overtightened one of the bolts and broke it as I was putting it back on. I used a non oem bolt close enough to the original bolt from a bolt supply store. Dealers in my area didn't have the bolt. My ltft now reads 8 to 12% on idle, and goes down to -2% to 5 % when driving. Pre cleaning values were a lot closer to zero on idle.

I am going to replace the bolt as soon as I get hold of it.

My question is could using non factory bolt have caused a slight vaccuum leak that's why my ltft's are higher?

Well those tiny bolts only have to be tightened relatively loosely. I would use a torque wrench when putting them on. You can break any kind of bolt off there and then cause problems. It's more the correct tightening in the bolts themselves too tight. I'll snap off then. I'll hell breaks loose

Try to use grade 8 automotive bolts if you can.
