I am going nuts trying to figure this one out. The obd port was bad, several crushed pins. Replaced the port and utilized the original for pinout. The question I have is this: Is there a pin the allows for the evap test to run on a scanner. Mine reads test unavailable for this vehicle, which seems a bit odd. It is possible that I have a bad solder joint, but without taking it all apart and starting over I have no way to know, can't ohm it out anywhere, so it's driving g me bonkers. It is a texas original vehicle, so is it that it is truly unavailable? That seems a bit unlikely on a 2017, but I need some help with this one.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer,

There are no pins that correspond to a particular test. The pins are for power, ground, and data communications. Are you able to read data from and run tests on other systems in the car?
You would need a wiring diagram for your vehicle to determine where the pins connect in order to test the wiring.

You need to drive it more
If the EVAP Service bay test is NOT available, it may take up to 6 drive cycles, with up to 17 hours between drive cycles, for the EVAP I/M System Status indicator to transition to YES.

Thank you both. Greatly appreciated. I was not looking forward to tearing all that out again. Huge help. I'll put a few miles on it and see what happens. I will update accordingly. To answer the questions, it appears all other test and live data are good, that's why I was so baffled. I haven't turned wrenches for a living in a long time, and this one threw me.
Thanks again
