Occasional Steering Wheel Vibration at 65-75mph

Hey, I have a 2012 Camaro V8 automatic with 77K miles. I bought it new, no wrecks. I see and feel the steering wheel vibrate between 65mph and 75mph the first few times I hit that speed. I do not feel vibrations in my seat or cabin, just the steering wheel, and there are no noises. It typically happens the first 2-3 times I hit that speed range after the car has sat (first time in the morning or after a 9 hour shift), then doesn’t repeat until the next cold start. So when the mechanic troubleshoots it, they think they’ve solved the issue. A wheel balance didn’t solve the issue. I needed new tires so I got new wheels too. Didn’t solve the issue. My mechanic said it could be ball joints, suspension, struts, rack and pinion, etc. but I’d have to just start replacing parts and see if it’s fixed after each replacement. Any idea on the true cause or at least which part I should start with replacing? Note: front wheels are 20” and rear are 21” so I cannot rotate front and back.

First of all, find a mechanic who knows what the hell he's doing. You changed wheels tires it still showing so there's something wrong with the suspension and then you good mechanic should be able to test the ball joints, tie rods. All that stuff can be tested by a mechanic. Who knows what he's doing. If he's guessing he's an idiot, find someone else who can test it and tell you what you need
