Hi,
I have a 2002 mercury sable ls premium (ODO 94K), I see engine oil on cylinder 2 spark plug. What could be the problem?

Presumably you are talking about oil fouling the spark plug electrodes since obviously oil on the outside of the plug would be a relatively trivial concern.
Your piston rings could be shot, or you could have a bad valve seal, letting excess oil into the combustion chamber. Do a wet vs. dry compression test.
