Old timing belt but low miles

2004 Honda Pilot has 91,000 miles (confirmed, one owner vehicle).  Timing belt is 12 years old, but only has 23k miles on it - it's basically been parked in a garage since 2010 and rarely driven.  But now it will be driven about 250 miles per week.  Change the belt, tensioner, and pulleys because of age, despite the low miles?

Rubber deteriorates with time as well as mileage. Ever see an old tire that still has plenty of tread left because it hasn't been used much? Would you drive on it? Change the belt before it's too late.
