overflow tank fills up after 10-15 minutes freeway driving, after turning the car off, not going back to radiator, the radiator upper hose over pressurized?

from San Diego CA .

2006 Toyota Highlander Base 2.4L 170000 Miles

changed thermostat with OEM, Temperature Sensor OEM, Radiator with Denso that does not have a plate in the Radiator neck, radiator cap.

used Bar's head gasket sealer one step. half a bottle. no coolant leaks with 15psi pressure tester. no combustion gas with block tester.

no change in symptoms.

thank you

Why would you put stop leak in it? Do you know you have a leak?

That crap will really screw things up and ruin your vehicle.

Did you previously have a head gasket leak? Stop leak type products have a nasty habit of plugging up cooling systems.

You may have air in the cooling system causing the coolant to push past the radiator cap into the recovery tank.  Bleed the air out of the system using a burp funnel, available everywhere.

I am using that, no overheating ,tested head gasket with the blue liquid many times, no misfire, no codes, over pressurized hoses after idles, bubbles after 5 minutes of driving , then only when I turn off the car, coolant temperature is 186 to 190 , fan turns on once when it gets to 203-205 for three seconds when I park it, before turning off
