Hi Scotty honestly I am super stumped at this point and have had so many different people look at it. My car never overheated before I did buy it in the winter never had problems summer started I got a new tire and the guy just topped off my coolant in my resovore. Then I drove it first warm day and it overheated. I noticed both fans were not working so I tried the fuses, I tried the temp sensor when you unplug the sensor they turn on so I put a whole new sensor in and they still didn’t turn on somehow but still did if I unplugged it which was weird so said screw that and just wired in a switch for my fans. Now my car is still overheating again but if I blast the heat it stays right at the middle but doesn’t even start overheating till 45min of driving mabye an hour. So was thinking thermostat but if that was bad it would overheat a lot faster and I don’t think blasting heat would be stopping that. I don’t have any signs of a blown head gasket and my radiator itself seems perfectly fine. I was thinking it could possibly be my water pump since it’s barely overheating and If you listen super carefully when my car is running you can hear a light pitched ringing but never knew where it was coming from but I’m starting to think it may be the water pump possibly? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks even if you wouldn’t mind giving me a call or something.

I would do the head gasket test as the first thing. Cheap and will let you know right away if you should proceed further with other components. If the test shows no leak, work your way from cheap/easy to harder/expensive. Radiator cap, thermostat, test/replace radiator, water pump. Good luck.

Besides what @oldandy suggested, you can also pressure test the cooling system as well.
