p0328 Mazda 6 2006 .Check Engine Code, is it serious?

I have a Mazda 6 2006 (151,000 kms/94,000 miles) that I bought off Facebook Marketplace 4 months ago, yesterday I got this p0328 check engine light. I plan to take it to a mechanic this week. Is this code serious? Is it just be a simple fix? Or could it go either way?

Further context: bought in the summer 4 months ago, had a rough idle at first, but ran smoothly while driving, had the ignition coils and spark plugs changed and the idle got better, had no engine lights when i bought it, the idle is still not the best, but not as bad as it was, and sometimes there seems to even be no rough idle, i don't know why, any advice would be super useful, thank you

It may be that you just need a new knock sensor, but there are other possible causes - you're dealing with an 18-year-old car after all. It can be serious if it causes your engine to ping/knock. See the following for diagnostic information:

That does not qualify as much of a pre-purchase inspection. Did you have a mechanic look the car over before you bought it?

Hey Chuck, thanks for the reply, I will check out those links. Haven't heard any pinging or knocking, although (it may just be me) but the power in accelerating in the car at low speeds felt like it needed more power to accelerate (im talking 15km/h or less) like the parking brake was on or something but it wasnt. I took it to a mechanic, he replaced the spark plugs, ignition coils, fixed a coolant leak, an air intake tube, and he said that for the age of the car, that it runs good
