I have a 2004 FX35 that had the code P0340 but the code won’t go off even after replacing the camshaft position sensor and my car is really rough, Any tips please

Clarification: Make, Model, Engine, mileage?

You may have a stretched timing chain throwing off the timing.  How many miles.  Is there a timing adjustment on your cam positioning sensor (like a slot)?

That's a circuit code.

A good place to start would be unplugging the Cam Sensor again and examining its connector. Check for corrosion or damage from excessive heat. Check the wires on the back. Inspect its wire loom wherever it makes contact with something that could rub/melt through it and cause a short/open in the wires inside of it.

Next you can test for battery voltage at connector terminal 3, and for Ground on terminal 1.

Here's a link on how to do that (it's not an FX35 but the test is the same).

If all that looks good then it's time to find someone with a scanner/scope who can take a look at the camshaft sensor's voltage signal at connector terminal 2.

He can see if the signal looks ok or if it's dropping out or if there's too much "voltage noise" in the signal which might be caused by another component. (like a failing diode in the alternator for example)
