[Solved] feels like slipping transmission

Hello I have 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited 46re

I had a full transmission rebuild with new sonax servos, new HD valve body, new pump, level 2 rebuild kit. Car runs excellent. Going uphill on low rpms, or fast acceleration everything is fine. We changed fluid and filter after 1000 miles it was clean. Gear 1-3 excellent. Problem is at 4 gear at low rpms around 1000-1500rpms. When going on straight road its fine. But when i hit bumps or holes on the road sometimes rpms move a little just like it was slipping or it was going out of lockup. Anyone else had a similar problem ?? Converter has carbon clutches installed.

Well if you have any transmission problems I would question the end quotes. Full transmission rebuild job. I've seen so many guys screw up, transmission, rebuild and so many different ways. I personally would never have a transmission rebuilt these days. Something like over 1/3 of those rebuilt are never fixed correctly. But you could check all the wiring and connectors if it happens when you get bumps. Could easily be an electronic failure where it hits a bump and the wiring gets weird and that can affect all kinds of things. Feeling like something slipping doesn't necessarily mean it's a transmission problem. If the engine is in transmitting power to the transmission, it'll lose power then too

Hmmm thank you for answer.

I rebuild it myself with 200 page instruction, doing everything step by step and listening to people on interent for helpfull tips. So I hope I did a good job 🙂 It took me a month so I wasnt in a hurry :). New valve body has better valves and is build for towing. I asked very nicely the people that sold me this valve body to check it before sending it to me. They said they did. I checked OBD data.  IAC valve has steady data no jumps. Throttle position sensor moves a little at steady drive - Maybe thats it. And also my crank position sensor moves from 40 to 270 at idle and moves at drive too. I know 4 gear is electrical maybe Converter lockup is bad. But my komputer shows locked all the time. I tried hitting brakes at steady speed no effect. Anyone any ideas ?? I dont want to just start replacing parts. Its clearly an electrical problem, but how to find it ??

I can add that voltage is 14.2v at start then it drops later to 13.5v. My ambient air temperature sensor shows bad temperature. I changed it to new sensor Standard motor products and it still shows way too high temperature around 170 Farenheit when its 70 so I think thats why it lowers voltage a little. Other than that car runs great.
